While I try not to be one who easily jumps on the latest "superfood" bandwagon, I must say that I am a fan of grains like quinoa and freekeh. And, thankfully, so are the rest of the Cheeky Monkeys family. So today I'm sharing four freekeh recipes which caught my interest and which will be slowly added to my repertoire of salad recipes.
