Our Little Caravan

our little caravan stockist of two cheeky monkeys and domum vindemia

Today, I am excited to announce that Our Little Caravan has become a stockist of Two Cheeky Monkeys' and Domum Vindemia's handmade goodies!  At the moment I've started off small with a handful of both book and doily buntings being stocked at Our Little Caravan, as well as a few compact mirrors and pocket watch necklaces.

Introducing a New Stockist - The Bower Bird Project

I realised the other day that with the flurry of Christmas preparations and various end of year concerts and parties, I completely forgot to tell you all about a wonderful new stockist of Domum Vindemia and Two Cheeky Monkeys products!  So without further ado, let me introduce you to The Bower Bird Project.

The Bower Bird Project is a New South Wales-based, bricks and mortar store full of upcycled and vintage-styled creations by various artists and craftspeople.  It is run by Leanne, a lovely online friend I met through the Aussie DUST team on Etsy, who is herself a very talented creator of hand-dyed wearables and accessories.
The Bower Bird Project is currently stocking my dictionary page prints, buntings and P&P buttons, so if you're anywhere near Long Jetty, NSW, drop in for a visit and enjoy the host of amazing creations instore.  Leanne is also working on setting up an online version of The Bower Bird Project, so keep watching the store's Facebook page for updates.

Two New Stockists and My 100th Post!

I didn't think it would happen this quickly, but after almost seven months of blogging, I have reached my 100th blog post!!!  I want to take this opportunity to thank all of my readers and supporters, especially those who take the time to comment on or link to my posts on here and my "notes" in Facebook.  I haven't got any special celebration planned for today's post since this milestone snuck up on me, but I am planning to run a giveaway some time soon - I promise!

In other news, I want to tell you about the two newest stockists of Two Cheeky Monkeys products! My first new stockist is Leeloo, an online store which stocks Australian-produced handmade creations.  You will be able to find Two Cheeky Monkeys jewellery, hair accessories and art prints at Leeloo.  And for those of you who are heading to the Finders Keepers market in Melbourne this coming weekend, look out for the Leeloo stall.  I believe they will be bringing along some of my products, so go on and say hi to them and tell them I sent you!

My second new stockist is Sarsparilly, an online store bearing the tag line "Where cute and kitsch collide".  They will be stocking my jewellery and hair accessories along with a slew of gorgeous creations from other amazing artists.

So thank you once again to everyone who has encouraged me in my blogging and my creating - I really appreciate your support.  I hope my next 100 posts will keep you just as, if not more, interested as the first 100.

Two Cheeky Monkeys News!

Things have been pretty busy here in Two Cheeky Monkeys world (otherwise known as Melbourne, LOL) and there are a few reasons why...
As you may remember, in a previous post I alluded to some opportunities for me to see Two Cheeky Monkeys creations sold in stores other than my own.  So today I am announcing two new stockists!

The first stockist is the online store named Robin Street Market.  They are a Melbourne-based company who stock beautiful handmade creations from artists based all over the world.  There are amazing creations from Europe, Asia, North America and Oceania - wow!  And now, they are stocking jewellery and hair accessories created by me!

The second stockist is a bricks and mortar store in north Queensland named Fabric Fusion, which is run by a friend I met online through the Etsy DUST team.  As the name implies, Fabric Fusion sells gorgeous fabrics and sewing supplies.  You can also find some gorgeous handmade soaps and stationery in their store and now you will also be able to find sewing-themed vintage art prints created by me!  If you can't get all the way to northern Queensland for your fabric and sewing needs, you can also find Fabric Fusion online and my vintage art prints in both of my online stores.

And finally, one more piece of exciting (for me at least) news to share with you all.  I was recently commissioned to create a bracelet to match the Chantal earrings pictured above.  They had been purchased by an Irish bride-to-be for her bridesmaid and she wanted a matching bracelet too.  I had fun creating the Chantal bracelet, a new style for me.  I can't wait to hear back from the bride-to-be (she is getting married at the end of September) and see her gorgeous wedding photos!  In the mean time, I am debating whether I should make this style of bracelet a permanent fixture in my stores.  What do you think?
