We are HUGE fans of pop tarts here at Two Cheeky Monkeys HQ, but we don't get them often because they're not particularly nutritious. So today I am sharing a roundup of DIY pop tart recipes in a range of flavours and difficulties, and there's even a vegan recipe for those of you who swing that way!
